The hotel is conveniently located right in the center of town, close to the main square and Parque Calderon. The rooms, although on the smaller side, are nicely furnished with a small balcony, and the service is friendly and accommodating. The dining experience is very good with a variety of local and international dishes.

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were smallish and couldn't fit King Size beds, but they were charming and comfortable. The service was outstanding and attentive, making my stay very enjoyable. The location, although noisy and smog-filled, was magical at night. The dining options were basic but included delicious Eggs Benedict. The hotel's facilities were adequate, providing a satisfactory overall stay.

My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms were very spacious, beautifully decorated as an old kitchen, and had a charming view onto an enclosed central courtyard. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The location was ideal, allowing easy walking access to all the main attractions in beautiful Cuenca. However, the dining options were a bit limited, and the facilities lacked some modern amenities.
